This magnificent 5-star gîte with 85 m² of floor space is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 18th-century house. It boasts an ideal location, just a stone’s throw from the city walls and the main shops and restaurants.

The air-conditioned apartment offers panoramic views of the town and surrounding area. It is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160×200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90×200 cm). Rooms are comfortably furnished with natural wood decor.

The 45 m² living space includes a modern fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, pod coffee maker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. It also has a separate toilet.

A 100 m² flowered relaxation area with barbecue is at your disposal. You’ll also find a private parking space and a bicycle garage. A well equipped fitness room is available in the basement.

Beds are made up on arrival. Linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is included in the price.
