This magnificent 95 m² 5-star apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 18th-century house. It boasts an ideal location, just a stone's throw from the city walls and the main shops and restaurants.

The apartment is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm), an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, pod coffee maker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room is comfortably furnished in a natural wood decor. It features a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and access to a terrace and a 100 m² flowered relaxation area with barbecue.

The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a shower and WC.

Private parking and a bicycle garage are available. In the basement, you'll find well equipped fitness room.

Beds are made up on arrival and household linen is provided, as are sheets and towels. Cleaning is included in the price.
